Bright hotel located in a wonderful area near a very efficient and friendly establishment, Close to pubs, and alongside the footpath to Watersmeet. More than adequate breakfasts with stunning views of the River.

The setting was fantastic, next to local sights and eateries, sea and the footpath to Watersmeet. the room we got was spacious with a nice comfy bed, great views, and an en suite bathroom. - We felt looked after here.

We didn't feel like leaving, would be happy to recommend. Had a very comfortable stay during our weekend. the breakfast had a great selection of options, tea and fresh bread. the service was excellent, that made the hotel bright and ideal place. the location was brilliant and amazing, really close to alongside the footpath to Watersmeet, and public / private transport.

Fantastic stay at a very comfy bed and breakfast in a lovely town. Magnificent location near the harbour, Cliff railway to Lynton, restaurants, and pubs. - the Village Inn Pub nearby is a great place to chill out.

The room at East Lyn House is neat and recently refurbished, equipped with an iron and ironing board, and coffee and tea making facilities. the breakfast provided is more than adequate with plenty of food. the location is great, situated just off the sea for a nice evening stroll. There are also restaurants and pubs nearby. the staff is amicable and helpful, ensuring an excellent stay.
