Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The award-winning breakfast featured a stunning array of locally sourced options that left us craving more. The hosts, Lorna and Steve, made every moment memorable, especially with their lovely terrace overlooking the picturesque river.

Lorna and Steve made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The beautifully decorated space was spotless, and our room offered stunning views of the river. The breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality options that kept us satisfied throughout the day. Sipping our morning drinks on the terrace overlooking the river was a highlight. parking can be tricky due to the steep slope, which may cause some frustration when you're trying to maneuver your vehicle. I noticed that the Wi-Fi was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected at times. Those minor annoyances aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the attention to detail in the hospitality. I'll be looking forward to returning soon!

this place is just amazing! steve and lorna are the best hosts ever, super friendly and welcoming. breakfast was out of this world with all the choices you could want, and the room was spotless with a great view of the river. we felt right at home and loved how comfy everything was. also, the terrace is a chill spot to hang out and enjoy the scenery.

just a heads up, the parking can be tricky to figure out, and the steep staircase might be tough for some.

Parking is limited and tricky to navigate due to a steep slope, leading to some frustration, and there's unpredictable water pressure in the top-floor rooms during busy times. while the hotel has a charming atmosphere, the noise from the river at night can disrupt sleep for those sensitive to sound. Some lights in the bathrooms could use an upgrade for better visibility, and Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent during my stay, which can be an issue for those needing reliable internet access.

Just a fine choice for a short stayover in Lynmouth with great value for money. The breakfast selection was impressive and always served hot, which made the mornings really enjoyable. Arrive early to snag a good parking spot nearby as it can fill up quickly.
